Prior to transitioning into residential construction, Luke built a solid foundation of knowledge and experience while working on various Commercial Projects, such as Mona Vale Hospital Stage 1 (NSW), Hornsby Aquatic Centre (NSW), and Deakin University Student Accommodation (VIC). Throughout his journey with both Primary Contractor and Subcontractor companies, he was able to transition his skills and knowledge to succeed and flourish in residential construction sector.
On a journey that is driven by passion of learning the intricacies of modern and traditional carpentry, joinery, and building techniques; Luke is passionate about creating a culture that encourages growth and progression towards sustainable building practices and an all-inclusive approach to LCJB’s projects.

Specialising in Quality Control, Mis. Chief has been overseeing projects since the early age of 6 weeks old. A vast knowledge of Building Code History, and the ability to recite word-for-woof more than 20 different Australian Standards and Building Code references - Mis. Chief loves building sites.

Elise is an Adult Apprentice starting her Certificate 3 in Carpentry in 2023. Coming from a background in the Childcare industry, Elise has been showing exponential progress in her Apprenticeship. Always on time, always ready to get the job done, Elise has quickly found her feet as a tradie and has hit the ground running.
Currently on Maternity leave, Elise will be returning to her Apprenticeship when she is ready to pick up where she left off. Congratulations mate!
